Mini-Combi has been specifically designed to be used where there is very little vertical bone, either the maxillary sinuses, or vital nerves. This 7.5mm long implant, comes in three different diameters (Ø3.75mm, Ø4.5mm, and Ø5.5mm). The abutments that fit these implants are also compatible with the rest of the range so even when  vertical distance of bone is compromised the rest of the restoration need not be limited. All the features of the Combi apply to the Mini-Combi giving you one of the most versatile systems available. 
  
A range of mini-burs which match the Mini-Combi are used in the preparation of dense D1 bone. A stop on the burs at 7.5mm ensures that the osteotomy site is not over extended avoiding damaging vital structures.
