This titanium collar available in two diameters which fits between the implant platform and lock on abutment. It is a subgingival element  indicated where a deep soft tissue cuff is present helping to establish and maintain the submergence profile of the soft tissues. The contour is concaved to encourage the development of the submergence profile essential for soft tissue aesthetics. A quick transfer impression may also be taken from the top of the Transmucosal Former if required. This means that the technician is able to vary the implant platform diameter and position the shoulder as required often avoiding the need for a cast on abutment.
